What you are buying
Our coffee comes from Mizoram plots growing Chandragiri, Hybrid, SLN 9 and SLN 13 varieties between 800m and 1,600m. We roast in small batches at our Aizawl roastery two to three times a month and pack into flat-bottom pouches with a one-way valve.

Whole beans or ground?
Whole beans keep their aroma far longer because less surface area is exposed to air. If you own a grinder, buy whole beans. If you do not, tell us your brewer at checkout and we grind to match: coarse for French press and cold brew, medium for pour-over and drip, fine for moka pot and espresso, and a dedicated fine grind for South Indian filter coffee.
How much coffee to order
A 250g pack makes roughly 16-18 cups at 14g per cup, so it suits one person for two to three weeks. A 500g pack fits a two-person household for about a month, and 1kg is the best value if you drink coffee daily or share an office pot. Coffee is small-batch roasted in Aizawl, Mizoram. Orders dispatch within 1-2 working days and reach most Indian cities in 2-7 days. Shipping is free over ₹1,499.

Common questions
- Is the coffee roasted after I order?
- No. We roast in small batches two to three times a month and dispatch from that batch, so your coffee is recent but not roasted to order. We would rather say this plainly than claim same-day roasting.
- Which coffee should a first-time buyer choose?
- The 70/30 Arabica-Robusta blend in Full City roast. It is sweet, chocolatey and forgiving with milk, and it works in a moka pot, French press or filter.
- Do you deliver across India?
- Yes. We ship pan-India from our Aizawl roastery. Delivery is typically 2-7 days and shipping is free on orders over ₹1,499.
- How should I store the beans?
- Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dark cupboard. Do not refrigerate. Use within six weeks of opening for the best cup.
