Chennai already knows filter coffee better than any other Indian city. What our 70/30 blend offers is that same steel-filter body with a cleaner, less bitter finish. Our coffee is grown between 800m and 1,600m in Mizoram, evaluated by the Coffee Board of India, and roasted in small batches two to three times a month rather than held as warehouse stock.

Coastal water can be salty in pockets; a filter jug helps, especially for decoction. High humidity year round. Buy whole beans and grind per brew if you can; ground coffee should be finished within three to four weeks.
