What We Stand For
Blue Mountain Private Limited is a coffee brand built around Mizoram. We source Chandragiri, Hybrid, SLN 9 and SLN 13 from the hills and roast in small batches at our Aizawl roastery.
Our range is simple: 100% Arabica, 70/30 Arabica–Robusta blend, and ground versions of both - available in Full City and French roasts. No blends from unknown origins, no fillers, no shortcuts.
The Story So Far
The Start
Debarghya and Soham began visiting the Lushai Hills, meeting tribal growers who had been producing Arabica and Robusta outside the commercial coffee circuit for years.
Direct Sourcing
Built direct buying relationships with farming families in Mizoram - transparent pricing, no middlemen, and long-term commitments that let growers reinvest in their harvests.
Launch
Launched Blue Mountain Private Limited with a simple offer: 100% Mizoram Arabica, 70/30 blend, and ground options - all small-batch roasted and shipped from the most recent roast batch.
Today
We roast in small batches in Aizawl and ship pan-India. Every bag is labelled clearly so you know the coffee, roast and format you are brewing.
Meet the Founders
Debarghya Chanda
Founder & CEO
Debarghya leads Blue Mountain's vision and farmer relationships. He spends most of his time in the Lushai Hills, working directly with growers to improve picking, processing and traceability.
Soham Choudhury
Co-Founder & COO
Soham runs operations, roasting schedules and quality control. He makes sure every batch is consistent and every bag ships from the most recent roast batch.
